Senior .NET Software Engineer

About the role

HeyPolo is building a privacy‑first smart location‑sharing app that connects families and friends safely. As a Senior .NET Software Engineer you will own the server‑side logic, design APIs and ensure the platform scales reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop and maintain backend services using .NET/C#.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs that power real‑time location features.
• Write clean, well‑tested, and documented code that delivers business value.
• Ensure system reliability and performance through scalable micro‑service architecture.
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX and DevOps teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior backend developer with .NET/C#.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns and modern .NET frameworks.
• Experience building highly scalable, micro‑service based systems.
• Solid background in database design and management.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.
