Senior Process Partner

About the role

Join Danske Bank’s Enterprise Process Management team as a Senior Process Partner. You will work with business units and agile tribes to optimise processes, apply Lean methodologies and create measurable value for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end process optimisation initiatives using Lean principles and waste elimination.
• Lead and participate in projects focused on customer journeys, process transformation and change management, applying DMAIC.
• Identify, prioritise and align organisational benefits with business goals and customer needs.
• Acquire and analyse data to uncover improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma tools and statistical concepts.
• Develop and operationalise process‑improvement frameworks to ensure sustainability and control.
• Deliver training and mentor colleagues on Lean and process‑improvement methods, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Champion operational excellence by designing and implementing best practices that enhance performance, ensure compliance and support strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Green/Black Belt certification in Lean & Six Sigma, or equivalent Lean Manager certification.
• 3+ years of experience in process re‑engineering, operational excellence or transformation with strong data‑analysis skills.
• Project/program management experience (Agile, Prince2, PMP) and proven ability to influence without formal authority.
• Systemic thinking, pragmatic problem‑solving and a track record of driving sustainable change.
• Experience delivering training or mentoring on Lean/process improvement.
