Senior Project Manager – Credit Analytics Transformation

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning and delivery by translating complex topics into clear roadmaps, milestones and actions.
• Prepare presentations, reports and analyses that support strategic decisions by senior management.
• Coordinate programme activities and facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
• Ensure consistent, transparent reporting across programme streams and internal digital channels.

Required profile

• 2+ years of work experience in project management or consulting.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
• Strong project planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information and create clear, compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, turning ambiguity into progress.
• Proactive, service‑minded and flexible approach with sound judgement on sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in English.
• Management consulting or credit risk experience (beneficial).
