Senior Project Manager – EMEA

About the role

The Program Management team is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic cross‑functional projects and initiatives across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for driving project success, collaborating with business and functional partners, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables that meet stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic regional and global projects, defining scope, timeline and resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute project plans.
• Act as an active member of the PM community in EMEA and APAC, sharing best practices.
• Support execution teams by removing roadblocks and managing inter‑dependencies.
• Communicate progress regularly to stakeholders and track outcomes against established metrics.
• Contribute to advancing PMO maturity by promoting standards, digital tools and mentoring junior managers.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑service orientation.
• Proactive mindset that embraces change and drives process improvements.
• Experience leading change initiatives and balancing competing priorities.
• Holding or working toward PMP, PRINCE2, or related project management certifications.
