Senior Project Manager – EMEA

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic cross‑functional projects and initiatives across the EMEA region. This position will have a meaningful impact on business operations and contribute to Dexcom’s overall success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic regional and global projects, defining scope, timeline and resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business partners to ensure project success.
• Develop and implement execution plans, resolve roadblocks and manage inter‑dependencies.
• Communicate progress and deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Track project outcomes, measure stakeholder satisfaction and report on metrics.
• Contribute to PMO maturity by promoting best practices, digital tools and mentoring junior project managers.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and drive decisions with strong analytical skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a proactive mindset toward change and process improvement.
• Holding or working toward PMP, PRINCE2, or related project management certification.
