Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

Evolvery, the leading digital marketing agency in the Baltics, seeks a Senior SEO Specialist to own strategy for its most complex accounts. This senior position focuses on strategic direction, client trust, and coordinating specialists, rather than routine execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own SEO and GEO strategy for the largest and most complex accounts and defend it to the client.
• Decide priorities that move revenue, filter noise, and advise clients on spend.
• Lead delivery across specialists, juniors, freelancers, and cross‑functional teams (Ads, CRO, developers).
• Work across technical SEO, on‑page, semantic/entity SEO, content strategy, digital PR, and AI‑powered search visibility.
• Improve AI‑driven workflows used by the SEO team.
• Mentor specialists and raise the standard of deliverables.
• Provide judgment in scoping conversations for new accounts.

Required profile

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
• 4+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with paying clients, agency or client‑side.
• Proven track record of owning accounts end‑to‑end and being accountable for results.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, semantic/entity SEO, and link building/digital PR.
• AI already integrated into daily workflow.
• Experience with GEO and AI‑powered search visibility.
• Comfortable using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio (or similar).
• Ability to connect SEO actions to business outcomes and hold your position in client discussions.
• Comfortable directing others and giving direct feedback.
