Senior Veeva eTMF/CTMS Consultant - Part‑time

About the role

We are seeking a Veeva‑certified Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Veeva eTMF to join our team on a part‑time, remote basis. You will work closely with business stakeholders and Digital QA to translate regulatory requirements into scalable system solutions within a fast‑paced, GxP‑regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage configuration and validation documentation for system changes in Veeva eTMF.
• Oversee end‑to‑end system change processes, from requirement gathering to stakeholder alignment.
• Design, prototype, and implement Veeva solutions tailored to business needs.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure compliance with GxP regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain governance and quality standards.
• Monitor Veeva General Releases and manage release impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a GxP‑regulated environment.
• Veeva Certified Administrator certification.
• Proven experience with Veeva eTMF and strong impact‑assessment and change‑management skills.
• Hands‑on experience managing system validation documentation in Veeva Quality.
• Fluent English.
