SEO Specialist – Technical & AI Search Focus

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our Vilnius team and drive both traditional and AI‑enabled search strategies. The role is hands‑on, focusing on technical SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis and identifying growth opportunities for our travel brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase qualified organic traffic and search visibility.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits, identifying and fixing crawling, indexing and performance issues.
• Design and implement a strategy for AI‑enabled search engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
• Perform keyword research, gap analysis and competitor benchmarking to prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, development and product teams to optimise landing pages and site architecture.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends and SEO best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering successful SEO strategies in‑house or at an agency.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO components (crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, redirects, canonicals, structured data, performance).
• Curiosity about Google SGE, generative AI tools and their impact on search.
• Ability to interpret web analytics data and draw SEO‑focused conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High ownership, attention to detail and proactive attitude.
