About the role

ARX AUTO, the official Škoda representative in Lithuania, is looking for a Service Consultant to join its team in Vilnius. You will be the main point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive vehicles for service and complete all required documentation.
• Provide in‑person and telephone customer service and technical advice.
• Sell service packages and spare parts to customers.
• Coordinate service work between technicians and customers.
• Prepare invoices, estimates and related paperwork.

Required profile

• Higher (university) education.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good technical understanding of automobiles and interest in automotive technology trends.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
