Shift Manager – Manufacturing Production

About the role

We are seeking a Shift Manager to lead one of our 24/7 production lines at our high‑tech park in Vilnius. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, ensuring product quality, and maintaining health‑and‑safety standards during each 12‑hour shift.

Key responsibilities

• Organise work according to production plans and allocate resources efficiently.
• Monitor and guarantee the quality of manufacturing processes and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations for the shift team.
• Delegate tasks, evaluate team performance, and provide feedback.
• Achieve shift targets, analyse results, and prepare performance reports.
• Work on a rotating 12‑hour shift schedule to support continuous production.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of production organisation principles and ability to analyse shift performance.
• Strong delegation skills and quick issue‑resolution capability.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements.
• College or university degree in engineering or a technical field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency.
