About the role

We are looking for a motivated Debt Administration Specialist to join our finance team in Kaunas. The role involves managing debt recovery processes in line with company procedures and supporting the company’s sustainable energy mission.

Key responsibilities

• Execute debt collection actions according to established procedures.
• Prepare legal documents for court‑based debt recovery.
• Transfer enforcement documents to bailiffs for compulsory collection.
• Communicate with debtors via phone and email, handling inquiries and complaints.
• Draft reminders, warnings, official letters and manage related documentation.
• Liaise with external partners such as bailiffs, lawyers and collection agencies.
• Enter and maintain data in the company’s accounting management system.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance, law or business administration.
• Strong command of Lithuanian with the ability to write official documents correctly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with the Registry Center data systems (NTR, GRT, AIS) is a plus.
• Previous experience in debt administration or a related field is highly valued.
