Social & Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Social & Community Growth Manager to boost our brand presence across multiple online platforms. You will create content, engage with users, join conversations and grow communities for a portfolio spanning fintech, B2B rewards, travel, automotive and crypto.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Telegram and other relevant platforms.
• Write posts, replies, threads, comments and other social content.
• Engage daily with customers, partners, communities and industry accounts.
• Find relevant conversations and ensure our brands are part of them.
• Build relationships with customers, creators, partners and brand advocates.
• Monitor brand mentions, competitors, trends and new opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for backlinks, third‑party mentions, community discussions and organic distribution.
• Help improve visibility across search engines, online communities and AI‑generated recommendations.
• Experiment with new channels, formats and growth tactics.
• Proactively suggest and execute ideas instead of waiting for a task list.

Required profile

• Experience in social media, community, content, growth marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of platforms such as X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord and Telegram.
• Excellent written English and the ability to communicate naturally online.
• Comfortable working across multiple brands and audiences.
• Strong understanding of internet culture and online communities.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, SaaS, ecommerce or startups is a plus.
