Social Media Manager – Vilnius

About the role

As the Social Media Manager for Yukon Group, you will be the voice of the PULSAR brand across the most important social platforms, shaping brand perception for thousands of outdoor enthusiasts worldwide. You will develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with product launches, campaigns, and overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy in line with business goals.
• Define, track and optimise core social media KPIs.
• Own end‑to‑end content planning, creation and performance monitoring.
• Research, craft narratives and visuals tailored to each platform (X, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook groups, etc.).
• Monitor community conversations, manage interactions and mitigate reputation risks.
• Identify emerging platforms and propose growth strategies.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, video producers and product marketing to maintain a scalable creative workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years managing brand social accounts for multinational or enterprise‑level organisations.
• Excellent written communication in English and Lithuanian, with the ability to adapt tone per audience and platform.
• Proven ability to transform existing content, data and audience insights into effective posts or creative briefs.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Effective time and project management, with cross‑functional collaboration experience.
