Software Engineer (.NET)

About the role

StormGeo is looking for a .NET Software Engineer to join the s‑Insights team, developing software products for the shipping industry. You will work closely with product managers, designers, QA and fellow developers to deliver scalable, secure solutions that add real value for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications and APIs using .NET and ASP.NET.
• Create reusable frameworks and libraries to improve efficiency across teams.
• Implement secure coding standards and ensure application security.
• Optimize performance for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation of architecture and processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with .NET and ASP.NET development.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience with SQL databases and API development (REST or gRPC).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
