About the role

Join a leading architecture and engineering consultancy to lead the planning and execution of large‑scale infrastructure building projects. You will ensure that essential services such as clean water, warm homes, efficient transport and modern facilities are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan design activities and develop implementation schedules for infrastructure projects.
• Manage and monitor project progress, guaranteeing timely, quality, and budget‑compliant delivery.
• Coordinate the work of project‑team leaders and ensure effective collaboration across all disciplines.
• Oversee the quality and financial performance of design services and documentation.
• Negotiate technical design issues with clients, regulatory bodies and project participants.
• Identify and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work meets schedule and quality requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in transportation or infrastructure building projects.
• Certification as a special building project manager (atestatas).
• Proven experience managing large‑scale design projects and working with international teams.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level) – both spoken and written.
• Personal traits: openness to change, honesty, pro‑activity, engagement, teamwork.
