Supplier Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of components and services supplied by our vendors. The role works closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, R&D and Quality teams to resolve quality issues and support new‑part introductions. You will operate in a hybrid environment, with up to two days per week remote.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and guarantee the quality of supplied components and services.
• Analyze non‑conformities, lead corrective and preventive actions (8D, CAPA).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve component quality issues.
• Manage new‑part approval using the PPAP process.
• Participate in component and process improvement projects.
• Handle supplier claims and coordinate supplier audits.
• Develop and maintain internal standards for supplier quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably with supplier management.
• Degree in Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good spoken and written English.

Required skills

• PPAP process knowledge.
• CAPA and 8D problem‑solving methods.
• FMEA, SPC, 5 Whys techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF and VDA standards.
• Experience conducting supplier audits.
