Supply Planning Specialist

About the role

Deeper is seeking a detail‑driven Supply Planning Specialist to strengthen its supply operations. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure accurate planning, data integrity, and on‑time product availability for our innovative sonar technology.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, analyse stock movements and flag potential shortages or excess.
• Maintain planning and procurement data in ERP or supply‑chain systems, ensuring order and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments (procurement, production, logistics, sales, R&D) on order quantities, delivery timelines and priorities.
• Track purchase orders and production plans, proactively resolve disruptions, delays or documentation issues.
• Prepare and update dashboards and reports on inventory, supply performance and order status to support decision‑making.
• Assist procurement and supply‑chain operations with customs documentation for compliant imports.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in supply‑chain planning, procurement, inventory or production planning.
• Experience launching a complex product, onboarding a new manufacturing partner, or managing a critical component shortage is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence handling inventory, order and supply data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or supply‑chain management systems (NetSuite knowledge is advantageous).
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
