About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will build and nurture strong partnerships with major market players. You will be responsible for strategic assortment management, launching new products, and turning data insights into sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, growing partnerships with key market representatives.
• Manage product assortment strategically and ensure successful market introduction of new items.
• Analyze sales data to maximize potential and drive revenue.
• Design and execute effective sales promotion campaigns.
• Negotiate and retain annual contracts with key clients.
• Plan budgets, monitor financial performance, and maintain balanced business dynamics.
• Foster collaborative relationships that combine good communication with financial discipline.

Required profile

• At least one year of proven sales experience.
• Confident English communication in meetings and email correspondence.
• Analytical mindset focused on data‑driven decision making.
• Long‑term partnership orientation rather than one‑off deals.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
