About the role

We are looking for a versatile retail associate to join our department at the shopping centre on Ateities Street in Vilnius. The role involves handling food products, maintaining the display area and providing courteous service to customers in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and restock food items in the showcase.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the display cases.
• Assist customers politely and answer their queries.
• Check product expiration dates and ensure proper rotation.
• Perform product facings and keep shelves well‑presented.
• Work according to a shift schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• At least secondary education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic, responsibility and willingness to work.
• Proficiency in the official language (Lithuanian).
