Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Join Danske Bank’s Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting hiring across Lithuania, Poland and the Nordic region. You will work with a collaborative group of 11 recruiters, partnering with business leaders to attract and secure the right talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from defining hiring needs to extending offers.
• Advise and challenge hiring managers using market insight and recruitment expertise.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and adapt communication for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team, employer branding, and recruitment events to develop talent pipelines.
• Maintain progress on multiple recruitment assignments while balancing priorities.
• Lead or contribute to projects and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence at all seniority levels.
• High sense of ownership, sound judgment, and focus on candidate experience.
• Excellent planning and coordination abilities to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Advanced English and Lithuanian language proficiency.
• Experience in an international or matrix organization is a plus.
