Talent Acquisition Specialist – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Citco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the rapid growth of its Vilnius office on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract, engage and hire top talent across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal clients to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Build talent pipelines using online platforms, networking events, university recruitment and trade shows.
• Screen candidates against role specifications and Citco’s skill framework.
• Deliver recruitment metrics and KPIs while maintaining high quality of hire.
• Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential hires.
• Advise hiring managers on salary recommendations and offer packages.
• Participate in global and local HR projects.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of corporate recruitment experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and shift priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Experience determining compensation and negotiating offers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferred but not essential).
