Tax Consultant – International Tax & M&A (Vilnius)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, reliable, and experienced Tax Consultant to join our Tax team in Vilnius. At Deloitte Tax you will work with leading Lithuanian and international companies, helping them navigate complex tax matters, manage risks, and identify improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on tax‑related matters and help them navigate complex challenges.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities for optimisation.
• Support the implementation of practical and effective tax solutions.
• Manage projects and coordinate workstreams.
• Build strong client relationships and participate in client meetings.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with experienced tax professionals across different industries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in direct tax, incentives, M&A and international tax.
• Strong relationship‑building and client‑service skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive approach and willingness to develop innovative solutions.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent Lithuanian and English skills, both written and spoken.
