Team Manager – Sales Representatives (Vilnius)

About the role

DKV Mobility is seeking a dynamic Team Manager to lead its field sales representatives in Vilnius. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing sales team, driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and develop a field sales team, managing performance and career progression.
• Design and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor pipeline, forecasts and sales metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide guidance on opportunity management, deal prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with sales methodologies, processes and performance standards.
• Continuously improve the Lead‑to‑Order process to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Take full accountability for achieving sales targets and managing team budgets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in B2B or field sales environments.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, people development and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate sales data into actionable plans.
• High ownership, accountability and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
