Technical Consultant – French Speaking

About the role

Join Bazaarvoice’s Services team as a Technical Consultant focused on French‑speaking clients. You will deliver end‑to‑end implementations of the Bazaarvoice platform, ensuring customers receive maximum value from our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the full feature set of the Bazaarvoice core platform to deliver maximum value.
• Manage project scope, changes, issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engagement, and Client Success teams to align objectives.
• Own the end‑to‑end implementation process, from Technical Kickoff to Production QA.
• Configure and customize solutions based on client objectives and KPIs.
• Train end users and ensure best practices for Pixel, SEO, and Syndication.
• Manage configurations, data migration, and validation to ensure smooth transitions.

Required profile

• Strong HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript skills.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to change.
• Consultative approach to align implementation with client goals.
