Technical Customer Success Specialist – Evening Shift

About the role

Join Oxylabs' Customer Success team to support B2C and B2B clients on an evening shift (17:00‑01:00 EET). You will be the main point of contact, guiding customers through technical issues, product setup and daily usage.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via chat, email and dedicated channels, handling queries from initial contact to resolution.
• Investigate requests by gathering details, checking internal databases and verifying information.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly, keep customers updated and ensure issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate product logic into customer‑friendly answers.
• Monitor operational tasks such as server health checks, shift handovers and client‑specific communication channels.
• Provide proactive support by identifying recurring questions and sharing guidance to maintain high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support, success or a similar client‑facing role.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with strong problem‑solving curiosity.
• Investigative, motivated and independent, able to learn quickly and take ownership.
• Quick reaction, focus and empathy when helping customers.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

Required skills

• Experience with proxies, VPNs or similar networking products (nice to have).
