About the role

Join the Gija legal team as a Legal Advisor and help shape the city’s energy ecosystem. You will provide expert legal guidance on construction and energy projects, ensuring contracts are executed safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal consultations on design, construction and related contracts, including technical supervision and expert assessments.
• Monitor contract performance, assess contractual risks and propose risk‑management solutions.
• Support subsidiary projects by delivering legal assistance to project teams.

Required profile

• University degree in law.
• Professional experience in construction contract law.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent command of Lithuanian civil, procurement and construction legislation.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents and skilled in argumentation and negotiation.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Lithuanian Civil Code.
• Understanding of Lithuanian Public Procurement Law.
• Familiarity with Lithuanian construction law and related regulatory frameworks.
