About the role

We are seeking a motivated lawyer to join one of Lithuania's largest companies. The role focuses on public procurement and contract management, ensuring legal compliance and supporting internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate and align public procurement and other contracts.
• Improve contract formation, execution and control processes, and monitor compliance.
• Advise colleagues on contract execution, amendments, termination and dispute resolution.
• Participate in public procurement commission activities.
• Represent the company in negotiations and with various institutions.
• Contribute to internal legal knowledge sharing and perform other lawyer duties.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in law or equivalent higher education.
• Minimum 1 year of legal experience, specifically with contracts and public procurement.
• Fluent Lithuanian and at least B2 level English.
• Strong knowledge of Lithuanian and EU legislation relevant to the role.
• Proficiency with legal‑technology tools.
• Professional reputation, initiative, organization, result‑orientation, analytical thinking and strong negotiation skills.
