Therapeutic Area Representative – Cardio

About the role

The Therapeutic Area Representative (CRM - Cardio) supports country and therapeutic area functions by executing in‑field tactics for priority brands within a defined territory. The role focuses on high‑quality stakeholder engagement, business planning and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute formal Key Account Plans for priority accounts, including objectives, stakeholder mapping and milestones.
• Engage HCPs as a trusted partner, explaining clinical data and appropriate product use.
• Utilise digital and AI tools such as Veeva, OnCore and ICE to enhance stakeholder engagement and account planning.
• Collect and share field insights on market dynamics, competitor activity and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand Managers, Medical, Value & Access and Execution Excellence teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical field sales or therapeutic area representation.
• Strong understanding of compliance guidelines and ethical standards.
• Ability to develop strategic customer solutions and co‑create sales strategies.

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from €48,000 to €70,000
