Therapeutic Area Representative (Cardio)

About the role

The Therapeutic Area Representative (CRM - Cardio) supports country and therapeutic area functions by executing in‑field tactics for priority brands within a defined territory. The role focuses on high‑quality stakeholder engagement, business planning and delivering field performance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute formal Key Account Plans for priority accounts, including stakeholder mapping, activities, resources and success measures.
• Engage HCPs as a trusted partner, explaining clinical data and appropriate product use.
• Utilise digital and AI tools such as OnCore, Veeva, ICE to enhance stakeholder engagement and account planning.
• Collect and share field insights on market dynamics, competitor activity and stakeholder needs to inform cross‑functional decisions.
• Collaborate with TA Brand Manager, Medical, Value & Access and Execution Excellence partners to co‑create sales and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute territory and account business plans.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic area, product and disease‑area knowledge.
• Commitment to compliance, ethical standards and Novartis values.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital engagement platforms (OnCore, Veeva, ICE, CRM).
• Ability to analyse and interpret field insights and market data.

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from €48,000 to €70,000.
