TikTok Shop Growth Manager

About the role

FOLQS is a fast‑growing D2C supplement brand in the United States. We are expanding on TikTok and need a dedicated professional to own the TikTok Shop account end‑to‑end, including affiliates, creator partnerships, influencer outreach, and the content pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall TikTok Shop growth strategy, covering P&L, targets, testing roadmap, and prioritisation across affiliates, content and paid media.
• Build, manage and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program – sourcing, vetting, onboarding, briefing, commissions, open collaboration, targeted and VIP programmes, and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop a scalable creator and UGC acquisition engine that consistently generates sales‑driving content and creators.
• Run Folqs organic TikTok strategy – trends, cadence, community building and FTC‑compliant creator briefings.
• Report performance metrics such as GMV, attributed orders, CAC and creator ROI, focusing on conversion‑based results.
• Operate affiliate platforms (Social Snowball, GRIN, Aspire or equivalents) to support the programme.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years managing TikTok creator, affiliate or influencer programmes for D2C e‑commerce brands or agencies.
• Proven experience running a TikTok Shop affiliate programme that delivered measurable GMV.
• Fluent with TikTok Creator Marketplace and at least one affiliate platform (Social Snowball, GRIN, Aspire, Modash or Insense).
• Ability to outreach 50+ creators per month and analyse reply‑rate data.
• Strong written English for creator briefings and outreach.
• Performance‑mindset focused on conversions and GMV rather than follower counts.
• Daily use of AI tools for outreach, brief creation, content ideation and operational tasks.
