Training Specialist

About the role

Festo is looking for a Training Specialist to organise, administer and coordinate a variety of trainings, learning programmes and strategic learning initiatives across the company. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of events such as Fit for Change, Train the Trainer, Global Learning Week and Cyber Security Month, while delivering a high-quality experience for participants.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, administer and coordinate trainings, learning programmes and strategic learning initiatives.
• Manage participant registration, attendance tracking, programme logistics and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, trainers and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
• Guarantee a high-quality participant experience across all learning events and programmes.
• Collect participant feedback and support continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives.

Required profile

• Very good English (B2‑C1) and good German (B1), both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality participant experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate handling of administrative processes.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively solve problems.
