Transport Coordinator (French)

About the role

Yara European Business Services is looking for a French‑speaking Transport Coordinator to manage transport activities in Lithuania. You will ensure deliveries meet service level agreements, optimise carrier selection and support the commercial and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute deliveries, manage transport call‑offs and monitor on‑time performance.
• Calculate shipment costs, select optimal carriers and ensure compliance with SLA targets.
• Handle customer complaints using the appropriate tools and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote health, safety, environmental and quality standards in line with Yara’s corporate responsibility policies.

Required profile

• Proven operational experience or studies in supply‑chain or transport management.
• Fluent/native French with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to work independently as a trusted team player.
• Willingness to relocate to Lithuania and eligibility to work in the country.
