Transport Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Transport Sales Manager to join the Hegelmann Group team in Kaunas. This role focuses on acquiring new transport orders, developing client relationships and managing the transport process from order to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Search for new transport orders and individual loads.
• Actively look for new clients and develop relationships with existing ones.
• Negotiate with clients and coordinate transport solutions.
• Manage the transportation process from order to completion, including coordinating loading and unloading times.
• Solve day‑to‑day issues and ensure smooth communication with clients and partners.
• Maintain and manage transport‑related information.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or transport is an advantage; candidates without direct transport experience are welcome.
• Fluent Chinese and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer‑oriented and sales mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good computer skills.
