UI/UX Designer – Digital Products

About the role

Join Ignitis Digital Team as a UI/UX Designer to craft exceptional user experiences for over 1 000 000 monthly users across digital products such as ignitis.lt, EnergySmart app and self‑service platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, client experience and support teams to gather and evaluate user requirements, pain points and frustrations.
• Develop and present design concepts that showcase innovative product features and enhancements.
• Design intuitive UI wireframes and high‑fidelity visuals to illustrate how product functionalities will look and work.
• Identify and resolve UX challenges to improve conversion rates, drive lead generation and reduce support inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in wireframing and designing IT systems, e‑commerce projects, corporate websites or mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of design methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean UX and Growth‑Driven Design.
• Proven ability to tackle product challenges and deliver creative, user‑centered design solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Figma and experience with analytical platforms like Google Analytics or HotJar.
