About the role

We are looking for a versatile maintenance technician to handle plumbing, electrical and heating tasks across commercial properties. The role involves both scheduled maintenance and on‑call duties within the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform minor plumbing repairs and installations.
• Maintain and service heating systems.
• Carry out small‑scale electrical maintenance work.
• Execute minor construction and repair tasks.
• Provide upkeep for commercial buildings.
• Be on‑call in the region once every six weeks.

Required profile

• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in plumbing, electrical and heating utilities.
• Professional or higher education background.
