About the role

We are looking for a senior engineer to lead construction management and technical supervision for large‑scale, sustainable projects in Lithuania and abroad. You will ensure that all building works are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that construction activities follow the approved building project.
• Control the quality and compliance of construction products, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor construction technology, ensuring consistency and proper sequencing.
• Assess the quality and actual quantities of completed works.
• Carry out technical supervision of general and special works in line with STR 1.06.01:2016.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to the project team.

Required profile

• Higher university degree in engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in technical supervision of construction works.
• Certificates for special building technical supervision manager or special building works technical supervision manager.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• English language knowledge at B1 level (preferred).
• Personal traits: openness to change, proactivity, teamwork, and strong collaboration skills.
