About the role

The pharmacy manager will lead the daily operations of the BENU pharmacy located at Kudirkos street 99 in Šiauliai. You will ensure the delivery of high‑quality pharmaceutical services, maintain compliance with regulations, and support a customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the dispensing of medicines and health products in accordance with legal standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to guarantee product availability.
• Provide professional advice to customers and support the pharmacy team.
• Ensure the pharmacy complies with all relevant pharmaceutical legislation.
• Coordinate with the wider BENU network and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Pharmacy education and a valid pharmacist practice licence.
• Desire to obtain or already hold an extended practice licence.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and a keen interest in industry innovations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, courteous, positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and a driver’s licence.
