About the role
We are seeking a Video Editor to transform raw footage and creative briefs into high‑performing ads for Meta and TikTok. The position is fully remote and part of a fast‑growing DTC cleaning brand.
Key responsibilities
- Create high‑performing video ads for Meta & TikTok.
- Edit UGC, mash‑ups, product footage, and paid social content.
- Find strong hooks and produce multiple variations for testing.
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists and the Art Director.
- Iterate based on performance data and emerging trends.
Required profile
- 2+ years of video editing experience.
- Strong portfolio of paid social ads.
- Understanding of hooks, pacing, and performance‑focused creative.
- Fast, efficient execution with a strong creative eye.
- AI experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Dutch or German is a strong plus.
