About the role

SmartPosti is looking for a dynamic leader to manage the Vilnius region operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth terminal activities, timely parcel sorting, and delivering high‑quality service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Vilnius region operations, guaranteeing efficient terminal workflow and on‑time parcel processing.
• Plan staff capacity according to parcel volumes and optimise resource utilisation.
• Monitor core KPIs, analyse results and drive problem‑solving initiatives.
• Maintain quality and safety standards across all regional processes.
• Lead couriers, terminal staff and administrative colleagues, managing work schedules and vacation planning.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Respond quickly to unexpected situations, devise effective solutions and involve relevant departments when needed.
• Coordinate with IT, HR and other functions to implement operational improvements.
• Manage vehicle allocation, fleet maintenance and ensure efficient use of transport assets.
• Supervise terminal premises, inventory and equipment.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in logistics, transport, warehouse management or a similar operational setting.
• Strong decision‑making ability and accountability for results.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities while staying calm in a dynamic environment.
• Result‑oriented with solid data‑analysis skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to spend the majority of working time on‑site at the Vilnius terminal.
• Higher education is a plus.
