About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Change Management department of the Energy Distribution Operator. The role will drive a portfolio of diverse projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and according to scope, contributing to a safe and green energy ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project budget, schedule, scope, documentation, communication, resources, risks and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project reports and decision packages to senior management and oversight committees.
• Collaborate with service providers, external institutions and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Align organizational stakeholder interests and share best practices across teams.
• Support the development and strengthening of the PMO function across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects or programmes, preferably large‑scale service or business‑model transformation projects.
• Proven ability to apply Agile, PMI (PMBOK) and PRINCE2 methodologies, supported by a relevant certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA).
• Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Analytical, result‑oriented mindset with excellent communication, negotiation and emotional‑intelligence skills.
