Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strong, hands‑on leader to take responsibility for our central warehouse operations in Vilnius and guide the team through its next stage of development. Warehouse experience is not essential; leadership experience is.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large operational team and its managers, building a culture of accountability and performance.
• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day warehouse operations, monitor KPIs and translate them into concrete actions.
• Identify bottlenecks, drive process improvements, and initiate automation and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Plan workforce and resources according to operational needs and improve productivity, quality, and employee engagement.
• Strengthen the management team, develop leadership capabilities, and oversee onboarding, training, and competence development.
• Collaborate closely with other SKUBA departments and Group management.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a sizeable operational environment.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and managers, preferably in a multi‑level structure.
• Hands‑on leadership style, comfortable being close to the operation and the team.
• Experience managing performance through KPIs and measurable targets.
• Demonstrated capability to improve processes and lead organisational change.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills, with clear communication abilities.
• Experience in warehousing or logistics is an advantage but not required.
