Accommodation Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Accommodation Manager to oversee our Front Office and Housekeeping operations, lead the teams, and ensure consistently high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and daily operations. Key responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and oversee the daily operations of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
• Prepare staff schedules and plan workloads according to hotel occupancy.
• Oversee the entire guest journey, including arrivals, departures, guest information, and special requests.
• Monitor and analyse guest feedback to continuously improve service quality and the guest experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and operational standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train, motivate, and evaluate team members.
• Monitor reservations and hotel occupancy and ensure smooth operation of PMS and reservation systems.
• Develop, implement, and improve internal procedures, standards, instructions, and control systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hotel or accommodation sector.
• Previous experience leading a team or supervising shifts.
• Strong organisational, planning, and people‑management skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and handle unexpected operational situations effectively.
• Good command of Lithuanian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Category B driving licence.

Required skills

• PROTEL reservation system (advantage).
• MS Office suite.
• General Property Management System (PMS) proficiency.
