Account Manager – Key Clients (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our GrECo Lithuania team in Vilnius. You will be responsible for growing our key‑client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities in Lithuania.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of key clients while meeting sales budget targets.
• Analyse client needs and provide customized insurance solutions with high‑quality daily support.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Negotiate with local and international insurance companies and partners to secure the best solutions.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in law, economics or business administration.
• Valid insurance broker licence.
• Sales experience in the insurance or financial sector (strong advantage).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and risk‑management mindset.
• Fluent English.
• Proficiency with MS Office and insurance policy administration systems.
