Account Manager – Logistics & Express Services

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager (Express) to grow and manage a portfolio of leading logistics companies and freight forwarders across Europe. You will be the main point of contact, driving revenue, ensuring high customer satisfaction and supporting the company’s ambition to become a European logistics leader by 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with a portfolio of market‑leading logistics and freight forwarding customers.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to expand business.
• Negotiate contracts and align terms with market conditions and company objectives.
• Meet revenue, shipment and profitability targets while maintaining service excellence.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and legal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, seasonal shifts and competitor activity to refine account strategies.
• Utilise CRM tools to track interactions, analyse performance data and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven sales and account‑management experience, preferably in international logistics.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with data.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple accounts.
• Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
