Accountant / Finance Specialist

About the role

Pro Kapital, an international real‑estate development and investment group, is seeking a self‑sufficient Accountant / Finance Specialist to join its growing team in Vilnius. You will manage the full accounting cycle for real‑estate projects and provide accurate financial information to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle the company’s complete accounting process, from primary documents to annual financial statements.
• Record purchase and sales invoices, issue invoices, and manage bank transactions.
• Prepare payments, control settlements, and reconcile customer and supplier balances.
• Account for revenue, costs, inventory, and both fixed and current assets related to real‑estate projects.
• Manage VAT, including reverse‑charge, accruals, and provisions.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, SAF registers, and other mandatory reports.
• Calculate salaries, holiday pay, sick leave, and other employment‑related payments.
• Prepare employment contracts and related hiring or termination documents.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and submit them to the Register of Legal Entities.
• Develop and update budgets for the company and individual real‑estate projects, comparing actual results with forecasts.

Required profile

• Self‑sufficient and able to work independently.
• Experience in accounting for real‑estate development or similar sectors.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
