Accounting Officer – Fund & Corporate Accounting

About the role
As an Accounting Officer at Alter Domus you will join a dedicated Fund Accounting team and a Corporate Accounting team, supporting a diverse portfolio of alternative‑investment funds and local corporate clients. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day fund operations, valuations, financial reporting and corporate bookkeeping while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain fund books, calculate Net Asset Value and prepare periodic fund reports.
- Coordinate year‑end audits and assist in board and shareholders’ meeting preparations.
- Prepare statutory financial statements in line with GAAP/SME or IFRS.
- Compile corporate tax and VAT calculations and submit returns.
- Develop budgets, forecasts and present analyses to senior management.
- Process payments, monitor payment batches and respond to client inquiries.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in accounting or audit.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit or Economics.
- Fluent English and strong written communication skills.
- High level of IT literacy with proven ability to work with Excel and Word.
