Accounts Payable Supervisor – Global Shared Services

About the role

The Accounts Payable Supervisor leads the daily activities of the global shared services accounts payable department, ensuring accurate processing, vendor communication, and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and guide Global Shared Services AP associates, ensuring consistent compliance with approved policies.
• Oversee day‑to‑day AP processing, including data entry, disbursements, credit reconciliation, and audit documentation retrieval.
• Negotiate with suppliers and resolve vendor or customer‑related issues promptly.
• Manage workflow, evaluate associate performance, and provide coaching to maintain high standards.
• Handle associate relations functions such as hiring, termination, performance management, and training.
• Prepare and ensure timely completion of daily and monthly reports, and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience and at least 2 years in a management capacity.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP and Esker accounts payable systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
