Administrative Assistant – Logistics & Vehicle Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Assistant to support our Networking Solutions business unit in Kaunas. You will handle vehicle administration, shipment processing, office operations and occasional courier tasks, ensuring smooth daily logistics for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, register, sort and distribute incoming shipments to the appropriate employees.
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation and enter data into relevant systems on time.
• Identify responsible staff for each shipment and communicate necessary details.
• Manage company vehicle usage, coordinate maintenance and handle related administrative matters.
• Perform courier duties when required, delivering parcels, documents and traveling to other company locations.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence.
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail and a thorough work approach.
• Ability to organise work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• General computer literacy and ability to use standard office software.
