About the role

Join the Energy Distribution Operator (ESO) team as an Office Administrator. You will ensure smooth daily office operations, support colleagues across Lithuania, and contribute to a safe, green energy ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Register, distribute, send, and archive documents using the document‑management system.
• Interact with visitors, partners, and guests, providing professional front‑desk service.
• Prepare conference rooms for trainings, seminars, and meetings.
• Order goods and services, manage contracts, and process invoices.
• Provide administrative assistance to managers and staff in multiple Lithuanian cities.

Required profile

• Higher education (university or higher vocational).
• At least 1 year of office administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of document‑handling legislation and its practical application.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and Lithuanian language skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with the DocLogix document‑management system (preferred).
