About the role

Join the Competency Center team of a leading professional services network and contribute to modern audit projects for a diverse client base. You will work on financial audit engagements, apply business analysis tools and help shape innovative audit solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the standardisation of selected audit procedures and tests.
• Execute agreed audit tests and document clear results.
• Assist audit teams in preparing required documentation.
• Gain practical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions in the field of financial audit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Audit, Accounting, Economics or Finance.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in accounting/finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
• Analytical mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, problem‑solving team player.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
